Dry Stack
Pembrokeshire Marine Group is in the process of designing and commissioning a dry stack berthing facility for Milford Marina, similar to our operation in Cardiff .
This is a great opportunity for customers to benefit from the advantages of dry stacking their boats, which are:
• Launch on demand at no extra cost with short notice during working hours
• Unlimited launches per year
• Year round storage
• Cost saving compared to a marina berth
• No need to anti foul
• Remove the need for slipway launches
• Remove the need for towing to the launch site
• Increased boat fuel efficiency compared to a marina berth
• Hull deterioration and engine maintenance reduced compared to a marina berth
• Lifting costs removed
• On site engine servicing, boat repair, valet and jet-washing
• Possible collection/drop off from Mackerel stage (subject to demand)
Alternatively, if you have a trailer for your boat, PMG can store your boat on the trailer in the boat yard and launch down the internal slipway. This service again provides all the advantages of the dry stack launch on demand service.
The number of berths provided during phase 1 will depend on initial demand.
